No. Reality mods give more value.

Absolutely not.

Armor gives maximum of 8% of Max HP per mod = total 32% of Max HP
Reality gives maximum of 12% of Max HP per mod = total 48% of Max HP

There´s no real reason to equip Armor upgraded HP mods on him.
