Jessie should already be up there, with 4x Normal Crit.
As for the others, why in the world would you waste your mods on those characters? You can trick them out all you like, but it won’t help them.

or just level up to 60 for max upgrade only?

what i use for animal is only 3 different invasion and codebase.should i keep upgrading on his purple skill mods or transfer to other character which need purple skill mods🥹

Just move mods to someone else.
I would still like to know what to put on them. Randall is great for arena as he is a Hades counter. Chest is a Baggy counter, EQ is a Mary counter along with Hatters Red Skill

I use 2 FC, 1 Speed & 1 Blue - works well enough. You could also swap the blue for a green or another crit
