I think one should be a mad scientist and the other should be about other thing, for the originality.
Out of all of these, Drakken makes the most sense. Both him and Doof are not only mad scientists, but also ones with more intentionally comedic personalities to them.
Also, Facilier is a bit of an odd choice for this poll, given how he’s not really a scientist like the other options are…
I think doof/Judy would be interesting if perry doesn’t comes.

The other I’m thinking is Huey, Dewey, and Louie for two reasons
A. They are Similar to perry (both being adventurous and both ducks, Perry being like 50% duck’
B. Doof can’t tell if it’s perry when he isn’t wearing his hat, and the triplets don’t always wear their hats… you can see where I, going with this
Yeah, and easily his 2nd friend could be Perry
