I was double charged for the 30 day diamond deal and my credit card statement, PayPal statement, and Google account history reflect the double charge on Feb 9th and 10th. Support has been unhelpful so far. What are my options?

This sounds like a pretty serious bug
It took me over two weeks of arguing with them about one of my purchases. I bought 1000 stamina, they gave me 250… During a FTN contest so I wasn’t able to finish. My advice, if you have the proof, keep pushing the issue. They tried and tried to tell me it was all until I proved them wrong.
Support is the only channel that can handle purchasing issues.
For purchase issues, we need to have the confirmation email from the app store in order to track what happened. Sometimes when a player makes a purchase, their credit card or paypal can put a hold for the amount. This hold can sometimes take a day or so to clear after the transaction has been completed.
The fastest way to get help with a purchasing issue is to send us a screenshot of the confirmation email, that shows the transaction number.
