It would be but there are TONS of other costumes they could add for other characters so chances are this won’t happen

As much as I would absolutely love that, I feel that the DT17 characters are radically different versions of their original counterparts. And since Darkwing Duck is in the reboot (my favorite character 
) you would have to include them as well, and it would be difficult because reboot Darkwing doesn’t even have a grappling hook. They honestly work better as standalone characters, heck DT17 Fenton Crackshell Cabrera (my other favorite) has more moveset potential without being in the gizmo suit lol.
