Duke Caboom fantastic damage work?

Is the Duke Caboom cast a fantastic damage? seem not work at the moment now? Or how to active his fantastic damage; like nid to have friendship disk first ? or reach certain level?
Thanks to anyone can answer mine question.

That’s because Duke Caboom only deals Normal Damage. None of his Skills / Discs deal Fantastic Damage.

Doesn’t his purple skill let him do fantastic damage?

Purple skill deal damage only to back row (placed in) heroes. That’s why his Kim disk will be really helpful.
