Hey everyone! This is my likely submission for @Scarlet_Captain’s contest. Since the theme of the contest is “Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust”, what better concept to do than the innovator of Pixie Dust herself?

Description: This roguish fairy brings her pixie dust experiments to battle to throw her opponents off-guard.
Quote: “If you give it to me, I’ll give you quarter.”

Entrance: Zarina flies to her location.
Basic Attack: Zarina slashes in front of her with her sword.
Victory: Zarina places her sword at her side and pumps her fist in the air.
Defeat: Zarina raises her fist and scowls at her enemies in frustration.
Skills:
White - Poppy Power (Fantastic Damage)
Zarina throws pink pixie dust behind the enemy team to sprout poppies that release pollen over all enemies, dealing X damage to them per second and Stunning them for 6 seconds.
Green - Pixie Dust Alchemy
At the start of each wave, Zarina throws her colored pixie dusts at the enemy team which reduces enemies’ Tenacity and Evasion by 40% and applies a random disable to each enemy for 12 seconds. These disables cannot be dodged or evaded and their duration is not reduced by Tenacity. The stat decreases have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Blue - Pirate Parry (Normal Damage)
Zarina dodges an attack and counters the enemy, dealing X damage to them as well as sapping them for 10 seconds and stealing 2 buffs from them. Nearby enemies are also dealt X damage. If the attack is a projectile, Zarina instead heals for Y HP and her Attack Speed is increased by 75% for 10 seconds.
Purple - Dust-Keeper
While enemies are disabled from “Pixie Dust Alchemy”, Zarina steals 25% of the Energy they gain for the duration of the disable. The amount of Energy stolen is less effective against enemies above level X.
Red - Pixie Dust Experiments
When Zarina counters with “Pirate Parry”, she also steals all of the enemy’s stacks of Hardy and replaces them with stacks of Fatigue. This has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
After the first 30 seconds of each wave, Zarina uses “Pixie Dust Alchemy” again on all remaining enemies. If an enemy is already disabled when this activates, they instead take X damage over 6 seconds.
