Fighting Eda is like punching a brick wall, it hurts. I’ve encountered many OP toons in the years I’ve played this game however Eda is by far the worst. There is really no definitive counter for her. In the past with other so called OP toons there was always some counter and if there wasn’t a new hero was always quickly introduced that seemed to perfectly counter them. For example I remember when Jake was the best and there seemed to be no counter but then PB released Negaduck which made me think this toon must’ve been specifically released to counter Jake as DoT is a debuff and activates negaducks reflect and cleanse skill. The problem with Eda is her dodge ability it’s insane. There seems to be no way to get rid of it. When I first fought Eda I thought why don’t I use Kevin Flynn as he provides precise to the whole team at the beginning but in the perfect logic of DHBM precise makes no difference when it comes to Eda’s dodge. I have found that everything that I usually use to defeat a team no longer works with Eda in it. You basically just have to spam rose or a different OP Toon’s white skill untill you either get lucky and defeat the team or the time runs down and coliseum let’s you pass. I feel like it’s unfair. I have no problems keeping my entire team alive the fact that I lose because the time runs out is so infuriating. I shouldn’t lose because I can’t even touch Eda, I should lose because I have been defeated. I often find myself not even bothering to attack Eda teams because it is just a waste of time the clock just runs down no matter what toons I use. 90% of the time I am never able to defeat her before the clock runs down.

She takes away BD and SP, she is pretty broken in that aspect
She does have a very good counter in Shere Khan though
I have used him, all he does is get stuck in his invisibility animation for 90% of the battle. His white stays charged and he only uses it once or twice per battle. He’s absolutely useless. Also when you try to hit her the screen literally says dogded over and over and over so you can’t sit there and tell me it’s not a dodge.

She has a dodge too but it’s not the issue.
Still, Shere Khan gives those stats to everyone. I find it hard to believe that he wouldn’t even attack once, but even if that’s the case just put allies that don’t do that.
I’m seeing several people saying that Shere Khan isn’t doing anything for them that they notice, but he seems to be working pretty well for me. 
I’ve beat Eda once after her buff - usually she kills me before I can get far. I’ve taken to skipping any surge district with a fairly leveled Eda. Looks like I need to build Shere Khan, which I was planning on doing at least. Though, releasing a new op hero specifically to counter the previous op hero is a rather poor methodology, in my opinion…
