We could also maybe say that Br’er fox And Br’er bear were because their voice actors were black
Okay. I haven’t seen the movie… But I read about the Disney Villains Franchise yesterday and it said that Dr Facilier was the first black Disney Villain… But I don’t want to start a fight!

If Br’er fox can be considered a black villain, then so can Scar because he is in Africa, so as a person,he would look black.
