What about retrieving an acct via email? Mine has disappeared
Firstly, welcome to the Forums!
Secondly, you can only retrieve accounts via Facebook or Google Play / Apple ID, should you have linked your account to one of those options. I don’t think it is possible to retrieve anything via mail.
Thirdly, this post was about sending mails to support, because in-game it didn’t work for a short amount of time. I think it is resolved again, as this is 17 days ago.
