After upgrading hero from blue to blue 1 for example, will i have back all cards spent on it badges or only from the last badge ?enhanced?
You never get back any gold.
As for SD cards it depends on the rarity of the item you enhanced.

Green badges always provide a 100% return, so it’s safe to enhance them.

Starting from blue you lose some cards. A fully enhanced blue badge requires 160 enhancement points, but you only get 120 refunded after you promote (that’s 75%).

Purple badge requires 1120 points, and you get 700 refunded (that’s 62,5%).

When I upgraded my hero blue+0 to blue+1 I’ll lose the chance to enchament my previous badges? Is it possible upgrade previous badges?
No, you don’t keep enhancement effects after promoting. Once you promote, your old equipment’s gone. The game re-imburses you with SD cards (see above post).

Correct! Your hero will retain the base stats from each badge, but none of the enhanced bonuses. 
What If I enhannced badge with materiał which is not micro card?
You will only get SD cards back equal to the percentages listed above. Anything else you’ve used is gone

@AlexeiD what is the most efficient badge u should farm and use for enhance material? is it possible to include list of badge enhance value in dh.bezumn?
and i dont understand the enhance part of dh.bezumn can you explain a bit so i can understand how to read them.
