Hi. I dont know what is happening. In the tutorial, at the begining, when i see the map, a bot runs chasing the thief, they stop, i see a 60 second time, and then the thief go out. Finally, no happen nothing. I click in the window and nothing happen.

If you’re stuck in the tutorial and can’t proceed, please take a screenshot, and then send in a support ticket through your account. Support can set you to the end of the tutorial and get you into the mode. A screenshot will help the team with tracking down exactly what’s happening when you get stuck.

How i contact with support? In forum?
Tap your icon in the game on the bottom left corner and then tap the support button. If you don’t see the option to start a conversation in the top right of the screen, tap on any FAQ and it should appear.
