Probably a typo. Someone might have missed a decimal point. There will always be a few mistakes now and then no matter how careful people are.
Hopefully no one buys it on accident.
They did it the opposite way a long time ago and gave 10x or 100x stamina then they intended by accident then took it back and well compensated the people that bought it.
