Entrance:comes in nervous and then jumps when he sees the enemies.

Defeat:screams and then faints.

Victory:puts his hands in the air and cheers.

Basic attack:throws purple memory orbs at enemies.

Skills

White:jangles slam

Fear gets out of the way as a giant hammer belonging to jangles the clown slams down,damaging enemies for x amount.

Green:memory orb

Fear holds up a purple memory orb which scares three enemies for x seconds.

Blue:dream duty

Fear goes on dream duty which either increases allies health or decreases enemies stats.

Purple:fearful emotions

Fear gains x amount of energy when a ally defeats a scared enemy.

Friendships

Fear/rex
Don’t be afraid

Fear is now immune to all debuffs.

Fear/merida
Be brave

Fears “memory orb” skill now heals allies that are low on health.

Pretty good concept, except for a few small things. With the way you have the skills right now, it makes Fear look more like a Damage hero with Support and Control skills, not a control hero. Maybe you should make his white skill stun them to make him more of a Control hero. Also, I think it would be better if you swapped his purple skill with his Rex disk, because as it is now, the Rex disk is far more useful than the Merida disk. Anyway, keep up the good work!

I’m pretty sure that isn’t how fear works you fear something you generally run in the opposite direction!

Agree with what TheSpaghettiKing said about Purple and Rex disc. Unless the amount of energy gain is really high (perhaps 700), it doesn’t seem too useful.
