Actually, there’s nothing that says they have to make a skill set. This board’s description is “Use the Hero Wish List category to talk about heroes you’d like to see added to the game!” Doom’s just posting “I’d like to see so-and-so in the game,” which is pretty much all this board asks.

I don’t know about you guys but I honestly want Bambi. Literally not a joke.
Sorry. I didn’t realize skill sets were preferred. My 6yro daughter just wanted me to post some characters she wanted to play as. We’ll come up with some cool skills.
Also, I personally would like to see Benjamin Gates from the “National Treasure” movies.
