My guess is that the bug deleted Aladdin’s magic carpet, so he is in mid air

Okay, back to your problem, I just tested it out on trails, and my Aladdin started floating too! Weird, bug is definitely stopping magic carpet
That only happens when you use Alladin’s Main Skill while he’s still mid-air.
