Kind of weird to have a sale be a different character on server 1. First of all the event is supposed to be Incredibles themed. Second 60 shards isn’t enough to unlock him so it’s useless for anybody without VIP 11. Third, selling the VIP only character feels kind of shady. What’s the purpose of people hitting VIP 11 if you’re going to sell the shards anyways. Lastly I need Frozone shards. He’s hidden farmable but it’s slow. Flynn is for whales and whales can get him whenever they want to crack open their wallet. Not to mention a lot of players are going to spend $40 or $50 to realize it’s not enough shards for Flynn and have to wait 5.5 weeks to get him from campaign.
What do you mean Server 1 has a different character sale? Server 6 and 1 currently have the same Flynn Deal.
There were multiple Deals which didn’t lead to an unlock of a hero.
You don’t have to spend money.
What do you mean Frozone is “hidden farmable”? I see nothing hidden about that. And the farming of heroes is the same and long run as in any games alike Disney Heroes.
So I don’t know what you want. Apparently everything faster, not gonna happen.
Ah server 5 its Frozone. Wasn’t aware it was Flynn on another server. In hind sight my server 5 account is a newer account and it maybe a new player deal. Hidden farmable was a typo I think I just meant elite farmable. My other point stands. Selling the VIP exclusive character is bad practice and other deals that don’t unlock characters were at least farmable. At the moment someone can spend $40 on Flynn for shards they have to wait 5.5 more weeks for a chance to farm. My complaint is largely this is a terrible business decision from nearly every perspective. Perblue generally has solid deals at least the ones that are $20 or less their more expensive ones are pretty awful. They risk ticking off people that have attained VIP 11 by just selling that character in the future. They risk ticking off the budget spenders that basically get nothing for a month and a half. They also remove a gem sink for big spenders. I know I and another guild member needed about 50 shards each to max our Flynn. We buy the deal and we no longer have a reason to buy VIP crates which means we buy less gems. Don’t get me wrong I love how their deals function and how they’re a bonus to gems but it just seems like some of them are poorly thought out and they could rake in even more dough if they used any amount of common sense.
