Is it me or is there an error in this contest. I have spent over 15,000 in stamina upgrading heroes and contest lists 59. This doesn’t make sense.

It looks like you are looking at what each stamina is worth in points, not how many you used.
The screenshot you have posted shows that you have registered using 17,469 stamina and 2,306 diamonds during the contest.
Damn I was reading it wrong. Now I feel like an idiot. Thanks for clearing it up.
