You’ll have to use Flee for this. Once the party reaches level 4, you’ll be able to organize the turn order like that.
I planned the enemy types out ahead of time, I just said that to be cheeky at Oswald for the Cannon comment. 
It’ll work on any enemy. There shouldn’t be any with status immunities for this quest.

Cool, now someone can one shot the random garbage, or shoot for killing the CANnon.
Since I am the only one with the writing magic, let us try to set it up so that I can finish off an enemy and add them to the bestiary… not sure what it does, but we have to collect all entries anyways!
