I’m missing something? because there is no video of his white skill
The second one clearly shows me trying to use his white skill but I can’t because he isn’t available and has no stars currently

Fozzie is not entirely complete in the files. Just mostly complete. It’s highly likely he is currently not able to use his White skill.

His skills and stuff are complete it’s just that since he had no stars he wasn’t unlocked officially and so I couldn’t use any skills which was kinda sad but I’m glad I got most of his victory animation before the crash
