Basic Attack: Fran whacks the closest enemy with her Whisk.

Entrance: Fran walks in with her utensils before putting them aside wiping off her sweat.

Victory: Fran does an ‘I told you so’ to the enemies.

Defeat: Fran throws down her whisk and crosses her arms.

Skills:

White Skill: Dinner’s Ready!

Fran cooks up a nice hot meal for the party healing X amount of health and at a chance may give any buffs (+X Fantastic Damage, +X Normal Damage, +X Reality).

Green Skill: Babysitting

Fran helps the ally on your team with the lowest HP or Level at random by giving them +1993 Fantastic Crit and +1997 Normal Crit for 10 seconds.

This has a chance to fail for allies above X level.

Blue Skill: Just Advisin’ with Fran.

Fran gives words of encouragement to an ally, healing them for X HP and giving them X Armor.

Chance of Armor can fail for Allies above X Level.

Purple Skill: Cook and Clean, Clean and Cook.
Passive

Each time Fran heals an ally she gains one stack of ‘Agitation’ she can hold up to 10 stacks at a time.

Agitation: Fran overtime looks more frustrated as she gains a stack, she becomes faster per stack once she reaches 10 she takes out her many utensils before throwing them all at the enemies dealing X Fantastic Damage, afterwards her Agitation stacks reset.

Red Skill: The Mama.

Dinner’s Ready! can now remove any debuffs on allies.
Babysitting can now be triggered on 2 allies.
Just Advisin’ with Fran now gives an ally +X Fantastic Crit.

You need to put a variable letter in front of the buffs (like you did with "healing X amount of health, you also need to do that for the buffs, so +X fantastic damage, +X normal damage, +X reality)

How much Fantastic / Normal Crit? Generally, this is not a variable and is one specific number regardless of level
This also means you need a fail chance
Also, if there is a low HP ally and a low level ally, who would she select to target? Would it be random?

Purple skills are passive effects, you’d probably have to redo the skill or make her be able to dodge and then counter by throwing the utensils
Figuring you have a disk that relies on the purple, the 2nd option is probably better

Whats this for? The chance for Babysitting to give armor? If so, you need to specifiy the base amount in the wording, not just say “at a chance”

How much armor? Generally, to specify these kinds of variable in disks, you would put something like “Dinner’s Ready! now gives +X armor” under disk power
Also, who is Earl?

I almost feel like this is a long and confusing review , but this is not bad at all, just take the advise for your next concept

Thank you for this feedback, to be honest I really couldn’t think of a whole lot of what Fran does in the show so it was pretty tough thinking of ideas for her. Earl is basically her husband from the show (who yes isn’t in this game.)
