Really unfair your game bugged and gave alot of people the 5k diamonds of the prize wall quests and now the rest of us have to spend resources to get him to yellow which is a huge amount. Everytime I’ve tried to speak to support I get rudely cut off with the convo ending. I don’t want to get him to yellow because I don’t want to use him and as you can see from recent posts on forum alot of other people don’t even want to use him!!!
I really don’t see it as unfair. Some just worked syndrome some didn’t like me. I’ll work him to yellow for the diamonds but thats just me

This was not the case. There was a frame where you could get 5k diamonds regardless on your Syndrome work. Though it was fairly short.

If I didn’t have a built-in prejudice against using villainous characters (with a couple of comedic exceptions), I’d definitely be using him myself now; he’s got a solid kit, and his stat buff has made him viable in current competition. He might be worth considering if you need another control hero who packs a bit of a punch. But, yeah, with resources as scarce as they are, I can understand if players decide to pass on him even if they’re interested.
I agree its unfair. I got them and feel bad about it. But it might be a bit too late to revert. Some of the people that would have made him Y0 to get the diamonds but got them from the bug might not have time to properly do it now. Hero quests were not supposed to be there and they fixed it fairly by enabling them as some had done them already. Maybe the fair route here is to just give the 5k diamonds to everyone. Its the 4th anniversary, would be a nice gift.
