Does anyone know how these increase or move faster? I’m not talking about the level of the friend ship I’m talking about the two dots under the level on missions its goes away after level 5

Just by completing that mission multiple times. I’m too lazy to test how many you need to complete to get a dot.
It’s completely random. There have been times where I did the same mission 10+ times without any updates, while at the same time I’ve had missions that update consecutively.
