Also I feel like I need to say this:
Kim Possible was the character intended for 1.10 and was almost complete and can be found mostly finished in the code. Polaris Said that she will be put in a bug fix soon if they can complete her. So she will not be in any major releases soon but could be in 1.10.2.1 (Or 1.10.3) or 1.11.1.
