First of all, I’d fix the badge cost, then fix the skill costs, etc etc. And I’d make the game actually possible to get good at for F2P players.

I’d buff all the beta heroes, decrease raid cost to 4 (cuts down on stamina prices) and gift like 400 stamina consumables to all players to help them build up some more heroes

Okay, but legit, I’d be down with getting some Nick Wilde chips. I love Zootopia and Nick’s Red Skill is pretty decent.

First thing: make the game accessible and F2P but not giving all free, so a player who doesn’t spend money could get all progress rewards in a 6 day FTN. And I would order better translations for the rest of languages
