situation: Basil has been buffed and now uses the pierce effect, and is stronger than Cheshire cat at this point, and you have to fight him
Use Ian so basil kills himself
PerBlue: Create a hero against Pierce effect making Basil Worthless again
Hereās my solution:
Use a team featuring at least Ian and/or Angel against the team of Basil,Demona,L,S,&B,Vinny, and Esmeralda.
I just added it to make it a little more challenging
Ian, Angel, Shego, Swedish Chef, Vinny
Use Ian to kill basil very quickly
Situation: Vinny,Ian,Angel,Lilo,and Barley (Merlin disk) kills your most of your team containing Cheshire, R&K,etc.
Nuke them. 
Cheshire uses white skill before death nuking the enemy team
