The game crashes as soon as I try to open heroes tab it shows that disney heroes has stopped working
Might be a phone memory problem. I’ve had a few crashes on my work phone, which is a budget Android running 7.0 with low end ram and pretty slow. On my personal phone it runs like butter, no crashes at all.
I agree with Lost_Sock, it could simply be a device issue.
If your playing on an older device that will be the issue, remember this game is only approx 4 months old so would be optimized to current device capabilities.
If you do have a new device though…then it’s likely to be a perblue issue.
IMO comes down to the built-in RAM, available internal memory, and which version of Android you are using.
im having problems with a brand new chromebook all of a sudden. My connection is strong and its not the wifi, i pay to play and am getting increasingly frustrated spending 15mins to 2 hours, 50-500 attempts to get in! Started happening after the last update , and i can’t send a ticket in becuse i get “authentication failed” after the last update also. @Polaris

its not a device issue, @Polaris informed me its an ongoing issue with chrome books, and im far from wealthy so this concerns me very much. Plus once you play on the chrome book going back to a phone sucks.
