Having a problem with the game.
Whenever I play, it seems to freeze momentarily. It’ll play normally; then moments later it’ll slightly freeze. It happens all the time.
In the past, I have installed other games and I have not had this issue.
Does anybody have answers?
This happens to me a lot.
The only fix I’ve found is to completely deactivate the app and fully restart it.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t helped at all. I have deactivated and reinstalled many times and the constant glitching continues.
I wonder if it’s because I have an IPhone and it glitches a lot when playing on IOS devices?
Maybe your iPhone is near memory capacity?
I play on iOS, but a tablet, not a phone, so that might be better suited for games.
Odd that a restart didn’t fix the problem, then something more severe is occuring then the standard slowdown.
That was my impression as well.
My phone is an IPhone6S and I’ve had it for a while now, so either age or memory capacity might be the cases.
that is almost a 7 year old device - I noticed a big difference in game responsiveness going from even a 2018 device to a new one, so it’s likely just the performance not keeping up with the game’s requirements

I found it strange how a lot of other games I’ve downloaded and played over the years seemed to perform better than this one.
I’m saving for a new IPhone anyway, so I’ll just have to wait in due time to see what happens.
I don’t think this is the most well-optimised game around, by any means 
I do have to agree with you on that one.
But I suppose if you’re bored with past games and looking for something fun and relaxing to play and if you’re an avid or huge Disney fan; what’s a little glitching to be a bother?
I can learn to get use to it; but it kinda ruins the experience when it occurs frequently. But learn to adapt right?
