Hello, I would like to ask, if I buy a new mobile phone number, but keep the same device, will my game progress remain the same?
And if my phone gets Broken, is there a possibility to save the progress? To cloud or somewhere?

Yes, your phone number isn’t related to your Game Connection. As long as the phone is the same, you’re good to go.

Before you switch your phone you need to make sure your game is backed up.
Go to your account settings (click on your avatar, then accounts) and click manage. You can use a Facebook or iOS/Google account as a backup method.
Then when you get your new phone you can recover your progress.
