Hello, my game seems to be stuck on start up. I just get a message that says server will be updating soon and it doesn’t load all the way. It’s been this way a couple hours now but my friends told me their accounts working. Is server currently down? Or is it just me? I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall but still not working. Help please?

Auto update was on. I appear to be locked out of game. How long will this last? Just until update is released in the morning?
Yes, till the patch gets complete.
I never check for updates… except of course one of the few occasions the update is faulty. As if just being stuck at home wasn’t bad enough. Is that “tomorrow” and “morning” mentioned above meant to be of 04/01 or 04/02?

I saw the update on the App Store and I did the update today, but I’m locked out of the game because it told me that the server will be updating shortly. How long is this going to take before it’s finished?
(Phew!) Thank you for clarifying. I was starting to worry that I would have to watch some news today. I’m already stuck at home recovering from Covid-19 so I don’t need to hear any more about the world losing its mind. I’ve gotten first hand experience with it and that’s plenty, thank you.
It’s not faulty, this is the same for every update. Once the new app is available to download everywhere, PB go ahead and restart the server - otherwise it doesn’t sync to the new app and you can’t sign in. It’s just that this time the update appeared on iOS store in the middle of the night, so they weren’t able to do the server restart yet
Do you know how much longer until the server is updated? Sadly I updated in error before checking the forum last night!
I’m having the same issue. Been several hours and just says server updating shortly. Anytime frame when this will be resolved?
