After playing this game for quite some time, many of you are probably wondering; How in the world did the heroes (besides Ralph and Vanellope) get sucked into the city in the first place?

I may have a theory.

In the Ducktales special “Let’s Get Dangerous”, they introduced a device called the Solego Circuit. According to Isabelle Finch’s journal, Solego was a mad scientist who believed that ever piece of fiction ever made was a window into another dimension. So, he invented the circuit to visit those dimensions. But there’s a catch, the more the circuit is used, the more unstable reality gets.

That’s where the theory comes in, the Inventor must have found the plans for the Solego Circuit and is useing it to pull heroes from other dimensions. Why spefically? I really don’t know. And the reason certain places (Tortuga and Bonnie’s room for instance) are being sucked in is because universes are bleeding into each other, making reality unstable in the process.

Maybe the game is like a VR and their memories are digitalized into little chips

I think your theory makes sense,I’m just saying,the origin of Battle Mode could be anything :man_shrugging:

Well, is a game in-universe, right? Maybe the developers (In-Game) create more and more models in the game, removing certain memories(If necessary) for them to fit perfectly. (Correct me if I’m wronf about something.)

Lemme debunk this:

The episode aired long after DHBM’s initial release, so I doubt that’d be the case :thinking:

And I bet the new DT is irrelevant to the game, since we only got the old DT

Hmmm… This looks like a waste of time. (Just kidding) Actually, I also wonder. Maybe they stumble upon this webpage on the Internet but curiosity kills the rat and now almost all the Disney characters are stuck in the game, forever not free until the game is finished.

@Filadae_Djaq has got you there. Most of Disney’s character are from a time where technology was limited.

So, all those that live in worlds of sorcery, they’re seeing all these advancements for the first time.

Everyone seems to talk about being ripped away from their home. Everyone except Ralph and Vanelope.

Well of course, the game started with those two. They’re the ones that stumbled upon it. Ralph and Vanellope probably never knew that Felix, Calhoun and Shank had vanished without a trace prior to the game.
