I was attacking bots one minute, I had to walk away from my tablet for a minute and was gone long enough to where my screensaver popped up. As usual, when this happens and I come back to tap on my screen to deactivate my screensaver, I must reopen the game because it usually closes. Big problem with that this time seeing as how the game will not reopen!!
Sometimes I got just a white screen, sometimes I got as far as the PerBlue screen, and a couple times I even made it to the loading page for all of 2 seconds but after 45 minutes of repeated attempts these all ended with a pop up that said ‘Disney Heroes Stopped’.
So after looking through the forums the one thing that jumps out at me over and over is to uninstall the game, close the store, clear the store cache and redownload the game. Done. The initial download and install is fine, but when it tried to download the additional files it gets stuck at 53% and goes no further, so I can’t even complete the download.
I’ve never had any issues of this kind with the app, slowness? Yes. Glitchy? Yes. Refuses to open? No.
Please fix!!!
