I think that Gerald Marlin and Nemo would be better as a mid line Tank Hero then front, because they are the only Character that doesn’t move,

Sorry to tell you this, but tanks are always in the front. This is because of their high defense factor.
Hades and Slinky are an exception, unless the tank has a good reason to be a midline, it should be at the Front.
Also, Gerald, Marlin and Nemo are in the most front position (I think) to compensate that they can’t move.

Well… Gerald, Marlin & Nemo show as the frontmost when you go to select character, but then in battle they DO stay in midline…

1 I do understand that all tank Heroes must be front line and it is surprising to me to that Hades and Slinky Dog are mid line Tank Hero.
2 Can you please leave Slinky Dog out of this?

Think about. Why do you think tanks are always in the front?
In some ways a tanks sort of acts like human shield. Do you want a shield in front of you protecting you or behind you doing almost nothing.
Precisely, Tanks are the first line of defense. So ergo, they have a high defense factor.
But then there are particular tanks that can work as midliners… like Hades who protects allies by reducing the damage they take, Slinky who spams his shields… and technically GMN too. They have that great heal but, technically, they’re the ones who need to be protected from knockbacks 
Because they have more HP and protect the mid and back line, and Hades should be in the front line because he big and looks like the shield typ, but I see why they put Slinky Dog in the mid line as a Tank Hero, in Toy Story Slinky Dog is Small, not too small but small then Mr. PatatoHead, maybe if we think about it, Slinky Dog could be tall as Rex’s legs.
Yes that is true, Gerald Marlin and Nemo’s weakness is getting knock backs.

I just said he was an exception to the rule because he’s a Midline Tank.
Olaf and pooh are small tanks as well
