Hello Disney Heroes Battle’s Support Team. I’m so sad because of getting no rewards from war victories. Our guild won victories but it seems that I’m the only member who didn’t get any war boxes from victories. This things have happened two times continuously. Is this because I left my previous guild when we won on war but I left that guild right before time of getting price? Please help me to fix this issue.
Most likely your guild is already in legendary and you won’t get boxes until tomorrow when the new month starts

Our previous state was Gold and Platinum. Now we’re on Challenger
It sounds to me like the issue is due to you switching guilds. If I recall correctly, you have to be with the guild for the full duration of a war to be able to claim prizes at the end of it (i.e. you would have to have joined the guild before the start of the sabotage phase). There is also an issue I think where if your previous guild had reached (for example) silver rank when you left and you joined a guild which was in challenger then you won’t be considered as having earned enough wins throughout the season to receive any rewards higher than silver.
I could of course be incorrect, hopefully Polaris will be able to clarify at some point.

You are correct. Tier promotion boxes can only be claimed once per season. This prevents players from guild hopping to collect more rewards.

When my guild was platinum we got the other 2 cars koa in the other guild and my guild had 0 cars kod and I got war defeat with it and I dunno how if it is a glitch please replying if Mali Mis Misfits could have some warboxes and a free hero we all haven’t got I would really appreciate it. The server is 12
Wars are not won or lost based on how many cars are defeated. It’s based on points accrued which is decided by a number of factors. The biggest is usually the power of your car 9.
In theory it is possible for your opponent to defeat 8 of your cars and for you not to defeat any and you could (in theory) still win.
