Ghosting People with Promo Code Issues

I have had a a pink exclamation point on my Promo button for over 4 weeks as well as a message icon on on my Avatar. All I receive are stupid emails to my personal email account and absolutely no promo codes. What was the point in having us sign up to get these emails that are not at all helpful and then never giving us promo codes Plus your ghosting all of us with the same issue. Not good for business Per Blue.
