Give polaris a little break

Hello I thought maybe we need to give Polaris a break he helps so much that from time to time he needs one, so you don’t need to call him every minute I need to give him a break as well I don’t wanna be a hypocritical.

So what I’m getting at is one you should not beg her/him to give info of what’s next if they are gonna keep there job they can’t tell every 5 ascends.

So anyone agreed yes you can ask for help but don’t spam them.

Just a quick thing to say not to be rude

Unless it’s what the person is paid to do? @Polaris

They are paid most likely but you still don’t need to spam them with every thing they need little breaks.

Actually yes, spamming won’t bring the update faster, it only annoys :snake:

Define spam and then relate it to our complaints, thanks!

Spamming is the use of messaging systems to send an unsolicited message (spam), especially advertising, as well as sending messages repeatedly on the same site.

Spam is short for Spiced Ham :sunglasses:

And I agree. But we do not know if they are male or female

On topic, we have asked for communication and you say @Polaris is a busy person.

Hanging on

Wasn’t to busy for the easy response. I’ve never understood why they completely ignore the customers who have complaints or Serious inquiries. Only “spam” because they refuse to enlighten.

Never really see any official responses over the weekend. I call having weekends off when you’re the only person directly communicating with the playerbase, the customers, in a game that’s running 24/7, a pretty sweet break. And it’s every week.

Unless Polaris is actually a team of people that share the account… and all get weekends off.

So what you saying is. Discobot is the final boss from this game?
We already lost then, no chance.

Are you serious with this thread? He/she (@Polaris ) is a Per Blue employee. Part of his/her job description is to interact with the community…you know, answer questions and address concerns. As far as we know, this may be his/her only role, which they are PAID to do.

Just curious, if you make a purchase in real life, and said product isn’t working properly, do you call customer service to deal with the issue? Or do you not, because you know, they need a little break too?

Is @Polaris creating these threads with an alt forum account?!?

NO! @KayIa is NOT a Perblue employee.

I wish I was tbh… Well any way keep it on topic please!

Yeah. I think give Polaris and perblue both a break. It’s hard to develop a game and they’re humans! Maybe we should only complain when the update takes too long haha

What about this? It didnt get an answer even support send the problem to development

No, you shouldn’t give @Polaris a break. He gets PAID to be the Community Manager, so if your question, comment, concern, or feedback is relevant (and that is one’s own personal opinion), fire away!

they are but ya don’t need to spam or be rude to her/him!

While it is your opinion if it is revelant, it is Polaris’s opinion of whether or not it is revelant
