Will we have to wait over several days to get all the missed rewards sent to our mailboxes? Is it possible that the so far 3 missing days of rewards get delivered in 3 messages at the same time?
We need to do a server restart to fix this again. All the rewards should be delivered through the mail the next time a surge ends for your guild. We’re going to try and get the restart scheduled for before the current surge ends so you can get everything today.

We didnt get our gold.So the people who used their received gold to hire mercs hired elarively less mercs which leads them to earning of less gold.And it would be good if we get our gold woth some compensation for the bug…

I just saw this happen for the first time today on S16. Surge ended, and no rewards.
I’ll watch to see if it mails stuff out tomorrow or not.
The main difference today versus prior surges is that I was online at the moment surge ended. Most of the time, I’m not on at that particular time.
Yes, the team is reviewing the logs from today to see if they can determine what’s causing this.
Got mail for the missing rewards for previous surges, and got rewarded for the most recent surge the usual way when checking on surge first thing. Thanks! Hopefully this has resolved the matter, but I’ll keep alert for any further complaints from guildmates or for problems tomorrow.

Thanks for working it out on server 2. Got all our rewards and the surge “ended” properly for us it seems. Hopefully you can figure out why this is happening to other servers as well so we don’t have to go through this aggravation again
