Are they going to make a Goof Troop grouping?
I’m actually unsure about that.
Well they could possibly do that but there aren’t any characters at the moment who specifically originated from goof troop. And power line is more of a goofy movie character but if they wanted to they could make a group on the goofy franchise as a whole.
Actually, Powerline originated from A Goofy Movie.

I’m saying that if they made a goof troop group then it wouldn’t make sense to include powerline since he is an “a goofy movie” character and there aren’t really any notable characters from goof troop (excluding max) that could possibly become playable characters.
There’s P.J., Bobby, Roxanne, Stacey. If they wanted to go with An Extremely Goofy Movie, they could add Bradley, Tank and I’m sure there are others they can use.
