My Hero are Ko’d but i can’t see it in revivable list. I recon and restart my game and phone but still it isn’t working. But the revival system on Solo mode works very well. But guild revical system won’t work i have video proof.
I do not understand can you be more clear?

There may be a bug. Did you tell support about it?
On the Revive Heroes screen, near the bottom on the left, is a Filter that you can set to All, Injured, or KO’ed. Make sure that’s set to All or KO’ed.
(…come to think of it, why would you want to see only your “Injured” heroes?)
Sometimes you just have to play with the filter. There have been times when I could see my ko’d heroes but it wouldn’t let me revive them until I played with the filter.
