Unless Polaris is your guild leader then you are asking the wrong person, in the wrong place.
Well done for earning so much influence but this isn’t a matter for the forums, or anyone outside of your guild.

Guild leaders who are not the most powerful in the guild is a common thing. A guild leader doesn’t have to top everything. Your loyalty in the guild and abiding in the promotion rules may give you a consideration to be promoted.
