My guild: The Creed won the war but i wasn’t able to open any gift boxes. My username is Jenlisa on server 18.
What league are you in? If you were in legendary before you won that guild war then it is not a bug. After you are promoted to legendary you do not get any rewards

There is a reward for promoting into Legendary. This was added in 1.8
@JenLisa Please contact support and they can check the logs.
What I meant was that after you get to legendary you do not get any rewards for winning wars afterwards
