Yes, but Elsa also created Marshmellow, and the snowgies, and in Frozen 2, it looks like she learns other abilities like creating an ice horse to ride on, and creating some ice fairies??
She can actually guve life to her snow creations,.and I think that will be something she learns to control of Frozen 2.
