Well it was Lilo, Stitch, and Gantu fighting over the experiments and then all the experiments rained down over Hawaii!
Which led to one of the greatest Disney shows ever!

Lilo & Stitch 2 took place before all those. That’s why they’re not worried about searching for experiments then. That’s why the rest of the series doesn’t have Stitch glitching. That’s why in Stitch! The Movie, they’re surprised to learn about the other experiments.
