Description: Harvey has arrived to lend a helping hook in the field. Thanks to his weigh and powerful set of crane arm, Harvey can stall and hinder the enemy while his team can plow through his enemies team with ease.

Entrance: Harvey drives towards his Position with a content expression.
Victory: Harvey smiles embarrassly as his cheeks get red, while his Drive and Fireman applaud to Harvey with glee.
Defeat: Harvey look at the enemy with a tiresome expression as his cheeks get red.
Gameplay
Basic Attack: Harvey used his buffer to bump the closest enemy, dealing X Normal Damage.
White Skill: Unlashable Hook:
The player chooses an enemy for Harvey to Stun, drag and hold the enemy to him until he runs out of Energy. While Harvey is lash on to the enemy, He gains himself 80% Reduced Damage from All Damages.
While on auto, Harvey chooses the closest enemy to Harvey.
Green Skill: Heavfty Swing:
Harvey used his crane arm, grab a random item and swing at the enemy that the closest enemy to him, dealing X Normal Damage. An apply an effect depending on the item that Harvey hit the enemy:
[Boxes]
Enemies Damage by the Boxes are Stun and have 50% Tenacity Decrease for 4 seconds.
[Scrap Parts]
Enemies Damage by the Scrap Parts are
Scare and have 60% Armor Decrease for 8 seconds. Enemy are Dealt extra with X True Damage if they are already stunned.
[Tree Branch]
Enemies Damage by the Tree Branch are Knockback and have 3 Stack of Decay for 10 seconds.
Blue Skill: Confident Attempt:
Once per wave, when Harvey reaches 50% of his max HP, he composed himself and realest some steam. Causing himself to Heal X HP and grant himself 8 Stack of Determination 15 seconds.
The Stack Of Determination as a chance to fail on Harvey above level Y.
Purple Skill: Powerful Lifts:
Harvey is immune to any disable and Kockback while channeling “Unlashable Hook”.
While the enemy is grab by “Unlashable Hook”, they have Z Armor Decrease for the duration of “Unlashable Hook”
Red Skill: The Crane Engine:
After using “Heavfty Swing” Harvey grant himself 3 Stack of Empowered for 8 seconds.
“Confident Attempt” can now grant all allies a heal for X HP and grant them 3 Stack of Empowered for 8 seconds.
When an enemy damage Harvey they gain Sap for 4 seconds. This effect can trigger on each individual enemy once every 6 seconds.

Friendship
[Harvey and Mushu]
Description: Musho was bragging to Phil and Fu Dog of how amazing he is at making people as hero, this of course was annoying both Phil and Fu, but this gave Fu Dog an idea and decided to bet Mushu a challenge. Fu soon explained that he will pick one person in their surroundings and Mushu must converting them to a hero. Mushu being very impulsive and overconfident accepted the challenge, so Fu look around and saw a strange engine with a crane attached to his roof and Fu finally choose Mushu his next quest of making him the new hero. Mushu then realize that his arrogance have once again put him in a mess, but not wanting to prove Fu and Phil wrong, he decided to still take on the challenge.

[Harvey and Ralph]
Description: Harvey was puffing down the line as he call by Sir Topham Hatt of a mess that need to be sorted at the dock, as Harvey arrive, he soon saw a bunch of van and truck derail, many boxes scattered and numerous of creep slowly fading as a group of hero and engine were battling the leftover creep. After everyone rested for a bit they soon began fixing the dock, So both Ralph and Harvey were assigned by the dockyard manager to clear the track for the Crane and heroes to help.
