I suspect it might be the opposite of that 
in the time we’ve been waiting, the power creep has surpassed her. She is probably getting buffed up

Well The Green and Blue skills are staying, so I’d say the white and purple are getting reworked on

What does that mean?
She was powerful when they were working on her, but the power creep left her in the dust so they have to rework her to actually be OP. This is more or less a good thing, as it means they’re making her skillset better instead of putting her on steroids like they did to Jafar/D&B/The other new heroes.

A person can revive threads if they have something important to contribute. Like more info like @Musketeer offered. Or to talk about more grammatical errors like in the grammatical error thread. I revived the Superhero thread when I was writing my stories there.
