I noticed that he has less health than the rank up says! I’ve also noticed this in other heroes too!

The rank up stats include the stats from any mods equipt to your hero as you will find that 292,359+33,990=326,349 which is the stat displayed on your rank up. This looks like its the same for basic damage and skill power stats aswell.
