Can you please add a 20-30 second delay to the start of heist before the first gem gets lifted. It so annoying to be running to a gem and watch one get taken before you ever have a chance to get there. This is mostly for easy heist that you start with 2 people. Thanks.

Yeah, that should’ve be a given and implemented long time ago…

Actually I cannot prove this but I think the longer you wait in the lobby the more of a chance that the thief will steal a gem first thing.

Nope it is fixed now. 15 seconds till thw thief will start stealing.
