I’ll be 100% honest, I wish they’d scrap Heist. It sucks, it’s boring, and it’s frustrating. If they didn’t have tokens for characters I need to level up, I wouldn’t even bother with heist.
I disagree, I think heist is fantastic; as long as can build a list of competent heist players or guildmates it’s a really fun; co-operative mode to play.
It’s building up the list of competent players however which can be the difficult part - without that; heist is incredibly frustrating.
In my case, if I start a heist I might go AFK by accident. My game sometimes will force close and by the time I come back, the heist will be over! I had one the other day, my app forced closed and I couldn’t come back until an hour after the heist was over. I felt so horrible. I went to the Facebook group to apologize to those that were in the heist. So I’d say leniency is the key in most cases. First find out if their being AFK was on purpose or, like in my case, accidental. Then deal out the punishment by the heist leader being able to remove their reward or if you are in the middle of the heist, remove the player if they are gone longer than a few minutes. If they at least helped and then seemingly went AFK, 50\50 chance it was do to the app failing.
how does the game shut you out for an hour???
My RAM sucks and every time I tried to get back my game would force close… Again and again and again. It does the same on my phone with the whole game I’ve been playing since June and have really only played Coliseum regularly for the past month because that’s another area that my devices shut me down on when I am in there.
In all fairness it was my heist. I hated not being able to get play but receiving the tokens. I hate ill gotten gain.

Hmmm…maybe you have a kind of Virus? I have it on my laptop. The computer think it needa more space than it really does. This prevents you from downloadung stuff or whatever. They have apps that “steal” this extra RAM back for the computers use…idk maybe?
This is exactly what happen to me this morning.
I have been afk player twice. And both times I joined a heist that didn’t start while I was on15+ minutes. Does anyone know if you leave a heist before it started; do you get your ticket back?
I don’t often disagree with @Razzle_Dazzle on here but @Real_Big_Fear is right, Heists suck… They’re boring, repetitive (I mean, the entire game is repetitive, but at least Arena, War, etc have a bit of a challenge to them, and the other modes you can jump in and out of as you please, Heist requires your time and attention until it’s over, however long that may be), loads of other players don’t know what they’re doing, they bring in weak heroes, they pull people from valuables for pointless ambushes, AFKs were a problem before but now it’s people kicking others at the end because they want to bring their mates in for easy tokens, and so many other problems… Scrap the whole thing or make it more worthwhile - I’d actually like if they just scrapped the whole “you can only get a max of 300 tokens from fighting in heists” thing, THAT would make me want to do them more… Another thing they could do is a bonus multiplier for how many friends and/or Guild mates you START AND FINISH (so the kicking problem doesn’t get even worse) the complete Heist with… Maybe 1.1 times the Tokens for each friend and 1.2 times the Tokens for each Guildmate - that would incentivise people to actually cooperate with friends…
Example: Start a Heist with no friends - max 200 tokens from valuables (as is right now)
Example 2: Start a Heist with two Guildmates, no friends - max 280 tokens from valuables - 1 valuable equals 20 tokens - each Guildmate adds 20% to the valuable value - 20 + (20 * 20%) + (20 * 20%) = 20 + 4 + 4 = 28 per valuable…
Example 3: Start a Heist with one Guildmate, three friends - max 300 tokens from valuables - 1 valuable equals 20 tokens - each Guildmate adds 20% to the valuable value, and each friend adds 10% value - 20 + (20 * 20%) + (20 * 10%) + (20 * 10%) + (20 * 10%) = 20 + 4 + 2 + 2 + 2= 30 per valuable…
Anyway, back to Heists suck and they’re not worth the effort, because of this I do maybe one a week and when I do them I always do them solo, because other players can’t be trusted and it just seems to get it out of the way so much quicker (paradoxically I find 1 person doing a heist quicker than 5 people, go figure)…
