Hi, in 11 and the game says I need to be 13, can I not play the game?

Anyone can play, of course, though announcing it to the world is both unnecessary and probably a bad idea 
The age limit in TOS is because of the chat system & the ability to purchase things with real money - so stay safe in chat, and don’t go spending your parents’ 
without their permission, and you’ll do fine.
I do know a player about your age who happens to do pretty good 
just make sure you’re having fun!

Actually, it’s actually, not also, but okay.
Anyways, topic on hand, it’s okay if you’re under the minimum age of the game, in this case, 13. You’ll be fine as long as you 1) follow the Rules; 2) don’t Spend your parents’ money without their permission; 3) stay away from (possible) people who use inappropriate language.
