Help, I can't play!

I was organising my accounts on Saturday & somehow I messed up, resulting in my 2 main accounts (this one, and another) being unlinked and have disappeared from my list into the ether.

I put in a support ticket from another account - @Polaris is there any teeny tiny chance you could please try and get it looked at today? Lil Pip has been most upset all weekend, but I promised it’d be sorted in a couple of days :slight_smile:

Do you mean both of your accounts are not there because they are not linked? Or that your not linked?

It seems that if you unlink your account from both Google/Apple & Facebook, then switch to a different account, that unlinked account vanishes into the depths of the database somewhere :sweat_smile:

Yes it does. Do you have your name guild level and code? Because that’s what support may ask you.
